We hold monthly Discovery Days at our Louisville office to provide our prospective candidates with the opportunity to attend one of our coaching classes, a Winfree Introduction Luncheon, and a Winfree Executive Briefing. These Discovery Days are open to both candidates and brokers. Prior to your visit, you will have a brief conversation with Dr. Winfree to prepare for the on-site interview. Dr. Winfree will also address any unanswered questions that you may have.

For candidates who wish to partner with our company, a non-refundable check for half of the Initial Coaching Fee is typically paid during your Discovery Day visit. Our purpose in requesting a final decision at this point is that you will have access to all our trade secrets during the period between Discovery Day and Initial Training. We will not provide our coaching curriculum to candidates that are not committed to our company. No other company allows you to do this. If we choose to award you a unit you will receive all of our materials one month before you come back to initial training.
